Welcome to Chapman’s Greek Life! Recruitment is such a wonderful process! It allows students to meet a variety of women who all have something unique to offer.

Being a Gamma Phi Beta is truly rewarding. It has allowed over 140 women each year to create friendships that last a lifetime. It provides scholarships, socials, dances, competitions, performances & leadership opportunities. Several of our members hold leadership positions in Gamma Phi as well as the Student & Campus Life Center, Public Relations club (PRSSA), AD Club, Fashion Club, Invisible Children, Chapman Dance Alliance, & many more. Gamma Phi also houses numerous athletes on the soccer team, softball team, tennis team, basketball team & Track and Field.

We value academics in addition to our social activities as well. You are always a student first & Gamma Phi offers scholarships & various academic events to study with sisters. We maintain one of the highest G.P.A's for Greek Life! 

Social events are the highlight of every month! Whether it is a Gamma Phi sponsored social or an exchange with other Greek chapters, Gamma Phi Beta knows how to have fun. Socials are spectacular nights to dance & dine with a date or your friends! Exchanges also a great opportunity to meet the Greeks of all Chapman’s chapters through activities such as Laser Tag, Haunted House adventures, Pumpkin-carving, & 4-way bus dances with Gamma Phi chapters from other colleges!

As you enter a new chapter of your life here at Chapman University, we hope you enter another kind of chapter: a Greek one! We are a unique Greek Life here at Chapman and we work together as 12, soon-to-be 13 houses to make a difference in the community.

Gamma Phi, as well as myself strongly encourage you to go through recruitment because there is a sorority for everyone! I promise you will enjoy your weekend meeting a variety of aspiring collegiate women just like you.
